This milestone follows the formal recording of termination and governance documents with Horry County.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Special Meeting of The Beach House Golf and Racquet Club Homeowners Association held on Monday, April 21, 2025.
On behalf of the Board and Lemonjuice Solutions, we are pleased to announce that the vote to terminate the timeshare arrangement and authorize the sales process has succeeded. This is a significant milestone in the effort to transition the property from a financially burdened timeshare model into a marketable asset.
The primary objective is to provide a return to qualified owners after all legal and financial obligations have been fulfilled.
What’s Next?
1. Board Approval of Final Documents
Final meeting minutes and termination documents will be distributed for Board review and signature.
2. Recording with Horry County
This step will formally complete the legal termination of the timeshare structure.
3. Sales Process Initiation
Status: In Progress
Key steps include securing title insurance and conducting a formal property appraisal.
The engagement of broker and auctioneer is underway.
4. Owner Communications
Frequency: Monthly
Owners will receive regular updates to ensure transparency and maintain confidence throughout the process.
5. Auction & Closing Timeline
Tentative Auction Dates: July 14–16, 2025
Estimated Closing Date: August 19, 2025
6. Owner Distributions
Distribution of net proceeds will begin shortly after the property closing.
